OPW's Drylok™ dry disconnect coupling provides
unprecedented safety in the transfer of hazardous liquids. With
less than l-cc offluid loss from a 3-inch unit, Drylok is the
driest disconnect in the industry. It meets or exceeds all of
today's stringent emission and worker safety requirements set by
EPA, OSHA, and others.

Safety First Drylok is designed to safely
transfer hazardous,
corrosive, volatile liquids such as acids, solvents and petrochemicals. An interlocking
handle averts accidental spills by preventing uncoupling while the valve is open. And,
the unit's flat face minimizes fluid loss, further reducing exposure to risk during operation.
Performs Under Pressure Ideal for high-pressure
line applications, Drylok is rated at 300 psi in the open and flowing position.
When connected to the adaptor, it can be opened and closed against 150 psi
maximum head pressure. Less obstruction in the easy-flow interior optimizes
the flow rate in high-pressure or high-viscosity applications.
Ease of use Drylok operation is easy and foolproof.

handle and the valve opens for full flow. Unlocking closes the valve with a tight,
secure seal. Drylok's 3600 orientation simplifies proper seating and eliminates the need
for precise coupler/adaptor alignment. There are no clamps, clips, loops or tabs that can
cause operator error.
Versatility,durability Drylok comes in 1, 2,
3 and 4-inch sizes
and features standard O-ring seals for ready availability, longevity and economy. An
adjustable packing nut with Chevron Vtype material provides a continuous-compression,
emission-free seal on the handle shaft. Drylok offers rugged construction in 316 Stainless
Steel, Alloy 20 or Hastalloy C and can be specified with NPT, BSP, ANSI Flanged, BW and SW
end connections. Approved by AAR (American Association of Railroads) and CRN (Canadian
Registration Number).
